The hotel unfortunately fell short of expectations. While I appreciated the helpful staff and the complimentary upgrade, the overall state of maintenance and cleanliness left much to be desired. The beach was quite dirty, and the pool area didn't feel inviting. The layout of the accommodation was awkward and offered very little privacy, making it hard to relax. I had to check out early due to these issues, which was disappointing.
